Ok.  Here goes.  I know I will get some criticism for this but frankly, I'm happy and really don't care.  If you watch the news at night, you will hear all about the bad things that have happened.  Bad things might be "News Worthy" but I'm tired of hearing about the bad things that have happened.  I want to know the good things that have happened.  Like the Merkel Football Team doing so well.  Birthdays are good things.  Anniversaries are good things.  A new baby is a good thing (in most cases).  Therefore, this website will deal with all the good, happy, cheery, pleasant, or down right funny things that have happened in, around, or somewhere within 12,450 miles of Merkel.  (Any Geeks out there realize that is about half the circumference of the earth?) 

Now, some of the things put on this site is going to offend someone somewhere at some time.  Well guess what?  If you don't like it, you don't have to come back and read any more.  I consider myself a Christian person and plan on keeping things to rated PG-13 or less.  Does that mean I think I'm perfect?  Nope!  I'll make mistakes.  Never on purpose, but I will make them.
