MERKEL AIDE SAYS "THANK YOU"

Merkel Aid provided more than 55 families with food and toys for Christmas this year.
The group would like to say a special "A big Thank You" to everyone that helped out.   This tremendous effort could not have been the success without  those  who donated turkeys, hams, food, toys and other items needed.

Lawrence Brothers, Food Bank of Abilene, Community Chest, Sunday School Classes, businesses and for the first time Toys for Tots,  and many others that came to their aid.   Everyone that did something to help out, your kindness is deeply appreciated.   Money donated helps to purchase food at Food Bank of Abilene for 10 cent a pound.

Merkel Aid is open for donations
thought the year, to help out  in a time of need year round.  If you would like to donate, donations are accepted at City Hall.  Those heading up the project are Delbert Russell, Donna Eyrse, plus many volunteers.

THANK YOU FOR DONATING TO
MERKEL AID
